Having a good attitude is very important in life. When I lose a fight to my leg, I feel depressed. I feel like the world is gone to me. But at the same time I say, Fuck it, You got you got two options. You can sit down and cry the rest of your life and stay there. Or you can make that run. Right. And the only way to do that is to get back in the horse and figure it out. Yeah, right. I mean, the road for everybody is different. We don't have the same path, but at the end we can get the same or better. If you keep plugging away, if you keep going forward. Now, when you're. We're life away. Let's talk. Here we have fuck dude Marlon Chito Vera in the house. What's object? How are you, bro? I'm a little tired. I didn't see much and I drove straight from Vegas last night, and I'm flying straight back to Vegas right after this. When I do commentary, drive right by. You do? As soon as the main event is over, I'm. I'm driving back. Where do you stay when you fly out there? Whatever. The U.S. border. Where? Like, where do they put you guys at? Red Rocks. Durango is always changing, depending on whether it is a paper view or a fight night. Right. So if you're Apex, you're probably at Red Rocks. Yeah. Or I just rent a house. And rent a house is nice. And yet you get acclimated, you fall a bunch of apex, right? Yeah, a lot. I like the apex. You like fighting with, like, the zero. Like the only zero, but less crowd. It gives me good memories from fighting in the streets when I was a kid. So, you know, it's one versus one. Two guys in each corner use like, I don't know, It's kind of like a pretty deep private fight, but don't mind the either. I like both, but they're not crowds. Kind of like I feel with other people's head. Your your first fight was out the back of a garage in Ecuador. It was in the back of a mechanic is back in a mechanic was like a bunch of like, you know, in the garage. They put the clothes on the. I've never been to Ecuador. So beautiful. But my first fight was in a beautiful place. Like it was really covered like this. And they put the cage in the middle and then. Wait, wait. You're not saying no studio is beautiful? No, it's great. We work very hard to make it look like shit. All right? There's a mechanic. There's people fixing cars. Okay? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. It's like oil. Oh, we got a. These are mechanics behind us. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So I'm with. I'm with you. They pretty much put, like, the puzzle match. Yeah. And the regular home fans around. So people were cutting their feet on the fans and shit like that. So it's like a real cage match. Oh it was a, it was a rooster fight. A rooster fight was the fight. Did you. Did you win? I yeah. I attended a lot of those when I was a kid too. How old were you your first fight? 17. 17? Yeah. I made my parents sign. Like the waiver. Pretty much Tell them. And telling them I was competing. You, dude. So they. No one was fighting? Yeah, I just pack my bags. Took a flight to Quito, which is a capital and took a friend with me and win by myself. What was. What was your childhood like? Brothers? This is Mom. Dad, How was what was going on? I'm the youngest of three sisters. The older my brother is in the middle myself, everybody, normal people. Except you said me. Yeah. What happened there? Where'd that come from? I don't know. I. We grew up in the farm, having fun riding horses. Still had good riding horses. The best thing in the world. It's my favorite thing to do in the world. When the sun is going down and you're in the middle of fucking nowhere in the mountains. Yeah, this shed. I have the colors I haven't seen. Yeah, no one have seen no horses. If a real in people know yet that No people like actually forget that like we like as society like horses got us through society like horses are very important and then now they just make money off of them, drug them and do whatever. But like, like, like, like, like working horses, ranch horses or the birds. Oh, my God, they love you. They're like a fucking dog. They'll. They will love you. Oh, they love you like. I mean, I used to when I was a little kid. Easily go find the horse and they go to the open field. Yeah. Just with a banana in my hand and a little rope. Yeah, I used to go like that. Yeah, I'm here. Come in and they will come in. You give me the banana with the rubs in, jumping the horse without the anything. Just bare back, just pure rope. That's it. And that's the best feeling in the world. That's so sick. Yeah, baby, it's crazy. I did in Argentina. I did bareback polo. Oh, yeah. So you're playing polo with no saddle. Stop it. Oh, my God. You eat shit. I was going to say, you fall off every fucking so slippery. Yeah, yeah. You fall off every. Yeah. You fall off one hand on the stick and one hand on the road. Yeah. Stick in a rope and no Sattler. You're just like fucking me and my cause, you know, my brother was raised him like bareback. Yeah. You're so tiny. You rub that even if you pull, they don't even break that because. Yeah, nothing. We used to fucking go guns. But I'm. You fall from the dirt with rocks. Yeah, right. I fall a thousand times. So Jiu jitsu is how do you do jiu jitsu and is jiu jitsu big in Ecuador is huge and huge. Yeah. When, when there was no fighting at all. Like when there was, like, cero real fighting there. This guy from Brazil came to our grew and he came from a good school. So what he brought to a group back then, he was like, no one saw that before, you know, I'm Brazil back then and I go to some karate schools are there like the regular self-defense, but not like real actually fighting like, yeah, high level jiu jitsu. So that guy came in town and started coaching and like years later, after I get to many times in trouble, like, I went to jail for fighting. Went to jail a few times. Jail. Prison. Yeah. Just, you know, couple of days there. Regular one. Yeah. Usually for a couple days you take your shoelaces out. Pretty much. You're in there some drunk, wacky doodles. Yeah. There you go. Yeah. Simple one another by the one two nights. Yeah, Yeah. And then one day, my one of my friends was like, Yo, you're getting way too much trouble. Come to this. You need to go to me and put your energy into something because you're going to you're going to get killed. And he brought me there one day, and I never left your energy chain straight away. Right? You found a way to. I don't know, take your aggression out. Like he brought me there on a Tuesday, and I never left until today. That's so wild. All right, so here I'm looking at what you got here. You're young, you're 33rd in fight bonuses. So you've had six fight night bonuses. That's good. I think cowboy might be number one. Yeah. Oh, you, Miller, maybe. Or Jim Miller. And then Cowboy provides in 2012, I competed in bad two way, which low key right now is kind of it's that and then whatever weight Jon Jones fights in it seems to be the weight that everybody or and and obviously what just happened with Strickland and is he what's your opinion on that fight? I mean I don't think business wise, no one wants to make the fight, but this is risky and you don't want to resist for a third leg. Adesanya I felt personally, because I'm friends with Eazy, I feel he rushed to fight again. Was he hurt? I don't think he was hurt, but I mean, you three fight comes at that level. It's way too much in your body. Yeah. And he went like, Fuck it, I'm going to do it just because I'm cool. And he's that good. He could beat anybody. But I feel he got a little burned. But everybody gets burned at one point. Everybody. Well, how much time? Like ideally for you, how much time do you like to have between your fights? I mean, I like I'm an adrenaline junkie, so if they call me every two weeks, I would do it. But I feel like every three months is kind of good. Yeah, I train year round like I don't have it. You're always in the gym and in the early to the this, I wake up at 6 a.m. train, I set up my resident for 4 p.m. so I'm always because I get bored. Yeah, yeah, yeah. What else do Yeah, of course I'm gonna get in trouble if I'm not training all day. Of course. And I mean, every three months I can do it. But I'm also young. I can. I can put my body through it, but I feel easy. Should maybe wait till next year to fight. He didn't need the money. He is five because he was Australian. Like, fuck it, I want to be here. But maybe these maybe these companies are telling him that if he wants more money, that they want him to fight. Yeah. What It's also like when that like strike while the iron is hot type thing, like he's like big now, so maybe it's just like keeping that, you know, energy alive, but it's sometimes to the best speaking. What I think I haven't talked to him. Maybe something else happened because we don't know what happened on people's life. Not also to like what I want to ask you, like, how difficult is it going to a different country zone time zone and fighting? Like I feel like that is tough. I personally, my first ten fights were in a different continent. I went from you had a few losses in the beginning, right? Yeah, It was a hard for me to figure it out at the beginning because I don't have a background, like I don't have the kickboxing pedigree that brought it. I don't have the wrestling pedigree that I don't know that somebody like, say, who happens? I don't I don't have them in my job. I was just a street fighter, a guy that learned some jiu you two and won a few fights in South America and then the UFC signed me. I really didn't have any bars on me. So there was the Ultimate Fighter Latin America. Is that what it was? Yeah. They they recruited me to that. And when I moved to Jackson's and they made sure like to try myself out there, I couldn't fucking win around there. All right? Jackson Yeah, I was pretty much like, God, Kim was lies making it to the UFC. I didn't know how to do much. I I'm ballsy. I would throw down. I got this in jujitsu, but it was just like, even even I heard, like, the people from Jags until UFC, they just send this guy back. Did you. You said that. Did you train with Greg over there or were you with Winkle John, who was still there? Well, this is like years ago. This is before 2014. I mean, everybody was there, but I was like kind of lost because of what I came for. And I think that was the first time ever I was in the real gym like before I moved to Texas. I was training in Ecuador with like literally me and my neighbor throwing gloves in the bag. Yeah, like it wasn't like a struggle. Like all fun times to go to the Olympic Center and get dragged all by the wrestlers or go to the boxing Olympic team and get my ass kicked every other Friday. But I didn't have like, a process or like a high level before to get there. So I kind of like, figured it out on the go. I got to fight in the UFC. Now we're kicking this shit out of your neighbor a little bit. I was Who bad? That poor guy. I was training with normal people. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I was like, putting gloves on, like these guys right here. Yeah. Why? What? What, what, what? Or was there any MDMA scene in Ecuador? Just to give you an example, even right now, there's no name Amazon, nothing. You're the guy like there's no guy in the UFC do well but like, there's a gyms in Ecuador. Yeah. And that guy trained in Mexico. It's not like there's no infrastructure, right? Yeah. I still never knew what you're here, right? You're Irvine. Yeah. What you. What, Jimmy, you out of here? I deal with Perillo. Okay. Yeah, yeah. You're you're you're you're here. I'm Serbia. Um, I have a video here. I'm going to show you some of your highlights, and then there's some other things I want to talk to you about. We can. It's playing so we can talk over. You can talk over some of these fights if you want. If you guys don't know, I'm actually wearing Chito’s glasses. He said. I looked a little tired, so he put them on. So these are his, not mine. Where is his balance off? Yeah. You start in ballots or it goes for a minute. So there's. There's a few knockouts here. This guy's about to grab here. That's the first of the second fight. Does it first. And bro, how was the difference between ballots or in UFC? I know. For the military. Oh, you didn't know. Don't worry. The paper uses me questions. To me. Where you want to know about me? No. What the fuck is this? You know what I want to know? It's like you. You say that, you know, you didn't come from a, like, classically trained. You didn't, you know, you weren't trained like some of these other athletes. I almost feel that that's the point of view of see, like, that's what I love about it. It's like you don't have to be classically trained in one or the other, but like, you bring something different so you're able to absorb different techniques from different disciplines. And it almost made you a, I think, more of a well-rounded fighter because you didn't have one thing that you were like just like some are just really good at wrestling that is that like, that is what they do. Like Daniel Cormier perfect example, like he's a wrestler. So that is a big basis of how he fights. But sometimes that could be not as an advantage because then, you know, kind of the ground game, but you're just well, faceted with all of it, right? I is, Yeah. It's anything to fight. I don't I'm a fighter. I don't mind if I could take down I don't mind if I'm I was fight whatever the fight goes, I'm going to fight my eyes of every second of the fight. And sometimes most people will break out because a good result would take me down. But then I wouldn't be able to do that much in the ground. Yeah. Then by the time yes, I lose it run by the time we go up in the second round, you know, that guy faces like, Fuck, I got to lose again and I get pretty mean in there like I do. I'm not trying to like, you know, here it is. I know about. I got the fight up the O'Malley go. Oh, I was so lucky that day. Did. So Sean still says he hasn't lost a fight. Sean's a good friend of mine. Yeah, he's a fucking cook. He's. He's no longer with us, so I left. What happened here? Piece of shit. How much? It was asking for a million a week. Oh, 14 Bread. So what happened here? I mean, nothing. Did I just throw something on you go to her. I mean, that's not my fault. Well, you know what I'm saying. On the. I'm gonna find to score points. I'm fine to fucking take your head off. And he can say whatever he wants, but I'm the one walking him down. And that's before he got to her. He got her right there. I mean, that's not my fault, okay? I hit something on his fucking pussy. If it is done there, Boom. Had gig. You know how stupid you feel after dying your head like that and losing a fight. Look at me playing games to pick it up my nose. Oh, he's feeding her. Poor guy. I just feel like the environment he's on. He has a bunch of jazzman around him, so he feels like he's a cog of the blog. And in the real world, these are not like that. No, I mean, his head coaches are fucking idiot. He insults his opponents while he's garnering Who does that right if he does that industry is going to get his slap. Oh, but those elbows weren't because of the feud. Oh, it came by poor guys. He calls it the cock of the block. That's suck. So my favorite ref right there, He's a great referee. Yeah. So he's big enough is neat. Why does he say why does he say that he didn't lose that fight? I don't know. You should ask him. I mean, I got paid also. That's what matters to me. Yeah, but it's a little weird, though, right? I mean, if you follow a little bit what I do, what I say, I don't really give a fuck. So is it going to be you two fighting for the belt again? I mean, I think he's that what's going to happen. I'm pretty sure the the U.S. will be pretty dumb, too. Don't make it now. Like who else? Hey, Henry doesn't get the shot, right? I mean, he just for forever. He lost. The only guy ahead of me is cause and how he. Because he beat me by decision a few months back. Okay? He's coming off a surgery. And let's be honest, I mean, the uses of BS is gone, but they don't give a fuck if you are two rungs ahead of me. That's true. Gordon has, you know, his mom watches fight. So. Yeah, the brother will give it to me. But that's not my fault. You know, if it will be opposite, I no one know who I am and no one cares. And I with Corey, there was a give the fights of Corey is a way it works. Yeah. So I'm sorry, Corey. Right. Go get some drugs. Yeah, I think I'm fighting for the belt next. Yeah. Oh, yeah. And then that wouldn't be this year. That would be next year. Well, he was talking about December, but he know that that's what when New York's November. Right. No more. There's November 11 I'll be there. But when Wednesday said where? Where is December 16. In Las Vegas. In Vegas and then again Vegas at the beginning of the year. No, it will be Toronto tomorrow. Yeah. It hasn't been to revise in Toronto lately. Well, I feel like ever since GSP like Toronto, kind of like they stopped going there for a minute. Well, just when they're allowed to. We did that. In order to fill that arena, you need to big you need to bring like a real fight up there. Like like that. They're real fight fans. Yeah, Yeah. Canada is one of our biggest, but I think it's also it's not as easy getting everyone there. I like I like when you talk about UFC and that's why I'm here and know what you're talking about makes me happy, you know, sometimes. Yeah, Sometimes I look at her like I like I'm trying to like, you know, as personal fight things. He's like, Oh, did someone get this bonus? I'm like, I'm trying to like, I'm trying to get out of gum or I'm trying to get information out of her sometimes. And she looked, it's just a blank stare, like, I don't know. Yeah, I'm like, You were there. You're going to get in trouble. You were there. No, she's. She's rich. She's, you know, from the UFC. Yeah. Yeah, they're. Yeah, we can be friends, but you can become really quick enemies. So, like, it might say one wrong thing, then they're going to be like, Oh, good call real quick, but you got to get is a business. I don't like example, I don't get mad when I'm in the wrong side of the business because they get it right. But some fighters don't get in the game. They matter. The commentators are getting mad at this. It's a fucking business. In business you don't put emotions on them. You fucking work. Yeah, that's true. You're 30 years age. You you best shape. I'm in fucking amazing shape right now. Yeah. You ready for the belt? I am. Is meant to be. It's a perfect scenario, right? And I was. I lost my first fight of the year against Corey, but it must be better. So I'm in a perfect place where you learn from your mistakes, right? I mean, you learn. You learn and you don't cry over spilled milk. Yes, it is what it is. You can beat forever. You can put excuses. Is it sad? But it is what it is. You lick the milk up, you suck it up. You also you grew up skating and grow. Yeah, a little bit. All my friends fucking rib. I was just smoking cigarets in the corner and getting in fights. But I, you know, smoking cigarets anymore and. All right, I know, but I. I mean, I can lie there. Good. Pretty good. I get joy. Oh, they're great. But it's been like maybe 15 years since I don't really, really smoke. Yeah, yeah, yeah. It's good. It's gone. It's gone. It'll be by one day. And every time I enjoy one every once in a while. I mean, it's not around that. I don't. I used to, I used to be a big cigaret smoker and then I got once I figured it out, Cardio was one of my biggest assets in fighting. I am a healthy young guy. I got everything that hurts me even if I like it. But like after a fight, I roll a pretty good spliff. Yeah. Oh. BLITZER Yes. BLITZER So is that a cigaret It's a spliff. He's happy to have to. I get no, I understand what it is, but I wouldn't consider it. What what what do you do for cardio? I around like a madman. Well, how far do you run? Like fucking 30 miles every summer. Oh, really? I got wheels. Sunday's chill day. That's like the day you're supposed to eat whatever you want. Watch football, and you're running 30 miles later. 30 miles at the end of the week. You're savage. And I like what you said when you were like, you know, if you if you don't cry over spilled milk, so you winning, losing, do you feel different at like like do you are you hard on yourself when you lose it all? Or is there some kind of motivational thing that keeps you, you know, to continue and have a good attitude about it? I mean, having a good attitude is very important in life, but when I lose a fight to me is like I feel depressed. I feel like the world is gone to me, but at the same time as a fagot, you got you got two options are you can sit down and cry the rest of your life and stay there. Or you can make that run right. And the only way to do that is to get back in the horse and figured it out. Yeah, right. I mean, the road for everybody is different. You know, we don't have the same path, but at the end we can get the same or better if you keep plugging away, if you keep going forward. I think that's so true. Like, I think that there are naturally gifted people, um, that I'll say. John Jones. I was thinking that John Jones is a naturally gifted guy. I think he could do what he does. Yeah, but I think if you put more into it, he would be even better. Does that make sense? 100%. There are guys that ride motorbikes, supercross that like are just naturally talented, had the factory ride, have the ride. They do it because they get paid, but they're already showing up half the week. You know, the classic example was is Ricky Carmichael and Jerry McGrath. These guys are like not supposed to be like world champions, not supposed to be gods, not supposed to win championships. But those dudes got up and trained and rode every single day and made themselves champions, right? So I think there's a difference between, like naturally talented and hard work and hard work. And I think hard work wins well, and they say that you make your own luck, right? Like, that's the perfect example. It's like you show up every day. Maybe you don't have the natural gift, but like if you show up for yourself, it will show up back then. I mean, I'm in the hard work side. When I was a kid, I was just low, I was weak, I was tiny, but I was like, when I like something, I put all my energy into it. Like I got friends that they will, like drink every day and go and win a surf contest or a skate contest. Unlike with zero effort, they just like crazy athletes. And until today they can be a little fired and out of shape and on drugs. And they're still ribbon still ribbing. I mean, there's guys at the tour that I know yeah. That they won of a full male cocaine are world championship. I don't know what the job names of course were so people can pull it off. It's crazy. Yeah. We sponsor a skateboarder that used to do the same thing. But, you know, it's interesting. It's almost like games where they're weirdly but like, I think that when when they have that natural ability and that natural talent so their head doesn't get in the way. So maybe they're champions because it doesn't mean that much to them because I feel like, especially in the fighting, what it means to them, you know, it does. But but listen. But listen. This as a fighter, what I've witnessed, it's like a lot of it is obviously, you're training capabilities, your technique, you know, all of that. But a big, big chunk is what's in here, what's in your brain. So it's like when when it's when it comes so natural, then there's no like stress that they are never going to be bad because it's natural to them and they automatically have an advantage. And so you know what I mean? They can party in rage because they're not in their head like, Oh shit, I'm going to suck. It's all mental. It's just all mental. Like, I mean, I when I fought Brad Piggott, I took the fight 100% because I needed money. I was living when I was living in a little shit hole, I was making zero money. I had like probably ten grand leading up to the fight. And that's like two months of rent. Really? In California? Yeah, I'm. They call me like, Yo, you want to go? And I was coming off surgery. My arm was still Ben. I wasn't fully trained and my, my commitment to yo, there's an opportunity for you is up to you. But you need it obviously. When? Next week. Flight to London. As the fog lights go on. Everybody in the U.S. was kind of like touching my back. Kind of like giving up, like, hey, don't worry, what happened for save the night, blah, blah, blah, We won't call you. Once you lost, I was like, Oh, you guys think I just came to catch a chick? I came to try it, and I did. And winning the fight. But my arm was bent like the doctor didn't clear me. I have to go to the office and pretty much be like, You groomer fucking stab Stabby right now. Yeah, well, they need the money. I mean, I was broke, I was fully broke and I get a bonus and I get a chance to, like, survive a few more months in the U.S. But so everybody, it is mental. I went in there thinking, Oh, what, what if. What if I went in there thinking it is live or die here? Yeah, the mindset is way more important to any part of the body. And then for you, like how do you keep your mindset like a sauna, ice bath philosophy? Like, what are you doing here? I mean, I, I have a nice but at home I have a son at home and a boy myself. And then we jump in the ice and most people can't even leave a good few seconds in there. Yeah, and I used to do that for like 5 minutes at night time just because. What do you think that does to the brain of the body? What does it do to the body? I mean, the shock of proteins. It's nice when you're overheating. Your body goes into emergency and release cells to every part of the body. That is damage. Could be your brain, could be your part of your body, and you is healed up from that and boost your testosterone. And and this is a sauna. You're talking that it's on on the ice because when you sell your body, your body goes into like, what the fuck is going on right now to start releasing cells used to protect you from that. And I do pretty daily basics. How long do you go on the ice bath for? For like 5 minutes. Yeah, well, I still haven't done it, have you? Yeah, I do reverse several times. Really? It's like freezing does not freezing. Now, that doesn't count myself. It started. It started is 30. Yeah. I think I do. I think I do it like 38 or 39. Yeah. It's still cold. I think that's almost frozen. Yeah. Yeah, it is frozen. Yeah. I love Vertu to it's private members now. Right. You go there to, like, look at famous people and don't let me in anymore. I got to be a member. You're like, Where's JB? Dave Alvin and Justin Bieber. Oh, my brother and my. My brother got the smell. They're like, Justin came in once and was speaking to me at the entrance and my brother was standing behind me and my brother got to smell Justin Bieber's hair and he never stopped talking about that moment that he got the smell, Bieber's smell, like he said, it smelt like. GROSS. Like really? Yes. Yeah. Sounds a lot like the bong, probably peeing the bottle that he uses. And then that same day, that same day in the sauna, we like, sung some lullaby with Justin in the sauna. It was just fucking one of those weird Ali moments where you leave and you're just like, What the fuck just happened? Yeah, if you guys want to do like, real cool, I do. I want to do it. Come to my house anyway. I want to do it every time everybody that comes to my house and told me like they never do it, I go inside. Grandpa tells a young man right now it's like, No, I'm going to shut up and jump. It's almost that's almost like ice. Like it's almost it's. It's frozen. It is frozen. Yeah. I saw your picture right now. My energy like it's a bed of ice and it's. I'm old, and sometimes I just do it at night just to fuck with my head. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And I don't turn the lights on. It's like, pretty much it takes you up. Or is it? I live like a baby. I got that right. Yeah, I got to do it before it gets cold outside. I mean, it was cold last night in Vegas. Was it? Yeah, it's about it. Are getting cold here. Um, so over the years, you've had some of the most legendary winning streaks, um, with several the UFC bonuses. What some of the performances or some of the highlights of some of those bonuses you had. I mean, I feel the Frankie Edgar fight pretty much changed my life. Yes, because that was one of those fights that over night I saw the difference on like how the world treats men. Like before the fire. Yeah. Was cool. Everything always making some money. But after the fight was like everything just drastically changed my life. And I like that. That was a Frankie. Edgar is a great guy. That's the only guy that I fought that I was a really fine of it. And the reason is because he was a 55. It was a year. 22. No, this is, this is, uh, 2021 Brooklyn in New York. Do you find it more difficult or does it matter to be rivals with your opponent or friends or have respect like, is it matter? Is it just is it the fight? Is it the person? Doesn't matter to me. I don't hate anybody. I don't love anybody. My work with I is if you're in front of me. Yeah, I. I hope I kill. He's back. Let's go. There's no respect. Okay? I mean, that's a thing with people. Goes like, Oh, this is boring. These are a sport. Mm. Anybody that fights and walk the walk, they know how gnarly it is, how disgusting the feeling it is, and somehow you've figured it out. Enjoy it and go back. You guys said again. That's it. See of you. I mean, he was. He was looking at me. Yeah, in the wrong way. I get it. I understand. I, I was so respectful. Is the fight okay, But that's illegal. They got see how the referee is, but then he can hear me like that. I just was still around. I haven't seen him lately. He's pretty fire. See, I'm mad. I'm a Herb Dean guy. We love her. I like everything. His name is beautiful Herb. I love herbs. Yeah, I right here. Bo. Oh, you just changed him a little bit at the top of your foot. Oh, your toe. You're like the bottom with this bar. So this part of your foot this far? Yeah. That's my guy right there. Yeah. Cheers. Do you look good there? I know you look different every time you like Madonna. That's, like a good thing. No. Look different every time. It's like a good like it's a long lasting thing. I'm a model. I know. Yeah. You are a very good guy. You're a very good looking guy. He was complaining about that gig when he was. Oh, yeah. He doesn't work here anymore. No way. Whoa. He looks skinny there to too, for the cheeseburgers. Now, that's like he's burned. It was, you know, hot in the summer. You were, like, far. Yeah, He was like that. There is still fat ass on fat, but he's fat. He's huge. He loves to eat. One day, every time I'm with him, he just fucking eats one day for fun. I grab his leg like a single leg and he decides it's bro hombre because he hands Hanzo so much to him. It holds together a hilarious. They are fighting terror in the air. Yeah, I actually want to be there when they really fight. I think Tiki should set it up. We should do it at Tiki Gym, just like a real fight. See what happens. Yeah, let's see what happens. I mean, was it. There was a little injury in the head? Well, it's a little injury. I mean, Horn's has a million injuries. One more won't kill him. One more will kill him. Hands. You take it or no. Where are you? Aren't. Are you taking the fight? He's already gone. Come on. You know your hands. Is that long around here? Oh, he's right here. Hey, come here, Come here. Where did DC and you at? At Dickies. Is that. Is that. Can that happens? Real fight. Two members, two minor runs. Get the camera on HUDs. No, no, no. Not having happening I feel can be great for you. I guess not. Where are you telling him? There. I would say thank you. I appreciate you. Sorry about it. I really respect you. And I was a fan of the guy for real and I when he lost the best on handers like Gray, I was mad. Right? Right. But he was a 55 when I was a kid. Now, that's why I was a fan of him when I was a kid. I wasn't a fan of guys in my weight class. Like you had to fight anyone. Exactly. When I was a kid and I saw the meat, the images just losing to Brad Pickett. I wasn't a fan of either guy because what, they could fight him and I actually felt one of them. But Frankie was a 55. All right. This is on his best friend right here, which, oh, why are you doing that? Too hard right now? I'm not doing anything. The horns. I'm just. This just videos. You knock him out, has his dog Cruz right here. That was for you. Oh, okay. Oh, I didn't. It started right here. Long hair. Oh, this nose was crooked. What did you do to him there? I used to do a big gig. I was mad over my head. Tattoos? I mean, my head tattoos. Oh, there you go. I like this shirt. Come on. Say that they see you look different. Different look for It looks different every time. Yeah. Look at Bisping until the next fight of the division. I was bull, but with a no. They talked to Hunter. That's. Well, that's before Hunter started wearing suits. Yeah. Now, now, now, now. He's in charge. What? It was humble. Yeah, well now he's doing. Now he's doing the contracts. He's a man. I know. So let's not talk too much shit on Hunter. I was just like, You know what? He's a crazy runner like me. I run within ten miles, and he was like, nothing. Actually, no faster than me. He's tall, though. He's a tall. Yes. Yeah. Yeah. His legs just go further, and my cheek and legs are not very strong. Well, they look strong. I don't know. Those kicks are saying different. Yeah. They, they help. I'm bony. I do. Yeah. I got bones. Yeah. Every time I see, I see them. And it pretty much asked me when I like how fast Griffin's just become like a staple at the UFC. Like a palace lap. He's like, one of the ref's. Like he's on stage. He doesn't hurt his hair. Here it. Here it is. A pause. I get up, he does a little bit of everything. He's like a stable there. I think he might sleep there. I think I have a better care. It is here. It is his rear. You knock it down. Oh, well, he was way in there too. Oh, he's. He was. He's a mean guy. Oh, Thelma. Oh, right there on the ground. Oh, oh, oh. You didn't want to stay on the ground with him. I like to punch people in the face. Yeah, I mean, I'm a I'm a black belt. I couldn't grapple, but I ride a bunch. It's exciting, but I grumble a lot. I grapple just as much as I strike. They're not going to shows. Knock, knock him out. Maybe find a highlight. I don't know. No. Just that by name. Something will come up. And that's how I've been doing. Uh, where are you going? Both of you. To Jerry here. Uh, hang on, hang on, hang on. Now you ask you a question, and I'll pull it up. I'll ask you a question. Uh, let's see. All right. What's your favorite? What? What do you think? Your favorite fight? UFC. Favorite fight or favorite moment? Let me think. I'm in the front carrier really was a breakthrough in my career. That's like an highlight that really changed my name in a way for the The Breath Big. It too was huge too. That was a a I was able to breathe for a few months. I feel those two fights were pretty big in my career. Yeah. And then after like does the adrenaline drop pretty instantly and then you're just like, Now what? Or you're like, Let's go. I want let's, you know, yelling, call Hunter, get another one. I don't really get too high or too low because I feel like a fight just over the weekend. I mean, like Monday morning. Come, you go get some groceries. You know, everybody knows. But like three weeks passed by the whole war. Forget there is so many fights going on. So I'm not I don't really get attached to it on the New Year's too long. No, I said forget I the day of the fight against Qaddafi's with my family on a monday. I'm a normal person. I'm a game tequila guy. I'm a short guy. So is either whiskey or there's something called nectar. It's like a Colombian alcohol. Oh, no, this sounds fun. I do. Nectar with you is delicious. I go shed vision all the time. Well, not on the basis of nectar. I it's a it's a nice. I don't know how to say just type nectar. Amazing Kalamazoo that I learned because my family and I with Colombians in Nagaland and you freeze you froze the bottle and you pull shards and you don't even feel it, but you fucking go to hell. Oh, no. But after fights, it's like a ritual. Yeah, because I can go to sleep anyways. The adrenaline is kicking in. Yeah, right. I don't want to watch the rule for 6 hours. Right. So we are just blackout blacked out, you know? Forget about it. I'm. I'm a natural wine. You're a wine guy. Drink? I drink wine. You're wine guy. I'm a white guy. I think we're going to get it here. It's been kind of hard to find. I kind of wish I had it. They're talking about it, and I think we may get it back. Yeah, I'm a wine guy. I love Pino or Cab or Myrla. I drink natural wine. Oh. Which is different is another. What's that? It's like no sulfates. It's nothing. He's just grapes. But you don't get as you don't get like hung over and stuff that right. That's what I've noticed when I got on to like that organic no sulfate when you really shitfaced quick. Yeah but there's the hangover is way cleaner. Yeah. And I do that all the time It doesn't affect you like I mean I do that cup at night I'm not drinking right. The whole bottle. You have a drink? Orange wine, like the Italians drink that shit. So good. What a chefs get me on to that. I don't remember how to. Orange is delicious. And. And the sparkling wine. Yeah. Oh, yeah, my boy. Action brothers. And get me into natural wine and can thank him enough for that. How's he doing? He's a great man. That is killing me. Dude, I can't find this to save my life. I mean This fight is kicking the hell it is. Kick in the head. But it's here showing it is not showing it or you're stable. I'll just put the highlights and you get it. You get a little longer one, but it will come somewhere. Hi. I have a very low education, in case you didn't notice. And I know that. Me too. I got to relate to you. Got it? I didn't impose a computer class in high school. I know. I didn't. I nearly didn't get a passport to America because I didn't know how to spell a word like you do the test where you learn. And then I, like, had to spell and I couldn't is the word I can't remember. It was something so simple. The fact that you can't remember Columbus. I couldn't spell Columbus. I can't either. Is this it? That could be. Yeah. I couldn't spell Columbus. And then she like, let me redo it again. She goes, Are you sure? And I was like, Oh, okay, I'll try again. And then I felt the right second. The second. I mean, he's got you there that Amber was close. I love this type of fight so entertaining. I mean, you've had some of the most entertaining York fights of all time. You know, it's going to suck. Like I was with Donald a couple of weeks ago. There's going to get it's going to I hate to say this, but let's just watch this first. When when did you know you had him? I mean, I drop in pretty much every round, so I knew I was kind of winning. I think going into the fourth, we were two and two and I finished him in the fourth, but his area was really deep in down and his take is winning able to get me. So like I don't mind saying that a little longer because I was dodging him all the time. Boom, over there we go. Oh, and then you just rearrange these numbers and why the Denver wasn't supported by Big Boy. What I wanted to talk about is. Is. Yeah, well, like, what happens in in ten years from now is the like, I'm like, you like, I like watching people stand and fight and I feel like the new age of fighting and what comes from like Russia, Ukraine or the Middle East or not Middle East, Middle. I don't want to get myself in trouble. In the mountains. In the mountains. Yeah. Okay. Right. That they're they're great at what they do. It is boring to watch is so shitty. I know, but I feel. I mean, I could be wrong, but if they have that much strength to manhandle, I mean, I personally. I don't believe they're clean. They know the fuck. No, I mean, if you're turning on the mountains, how you get to Wayzata, there's no way. Yeah, I don't know exactly. What do you mean, they're not? Yeah. Is that is out. So what you guys can do, but you guys should use. I don't know. I mean, I just know that. I just know that, you know, I. One thing, if right now that you've taken an email belay on this closure, sign this, you couldn't say nothing. Do where the fuck you one fucking eight steroids I want I swear on my kids I want. Wow I fucking I thought if you do steroids and you get cut you just fucking getting fucking death roll, I fuck you because fighting is already to fuck that. We're losing brain cells and you're getting some extra bowel to kill more. My brain. It's sad, man. Chuckling That was a friend of mine and every time I see him, it just makes me sad. Why? Just because he's not all there, You know what I mean? Yeah, but also back then, I know it's a little different, but it. But the lives that they live. Yeah. I mean, if you see if you follow me for a week, I'm doing hyperbole. Oh, no, you're all together. They work together. They, you know, you're together. They have different things now that can really help elevate your brain. Prepare together. TJ to get. Yeah, You know, fucking Connor. I think his daughter is Connor. So together, Connor is still together. He's just rich and stupid. So, I mean, people can hate him for that. I mean, if you have. I don't know. I don't know him building a gun and you want to get drunk on Monday. Fucking good for you. Exactly. I feel that thing. What Fox with his head is like now he's super famous and rich would room. Yeah, and no one respect him now he can't win a fight. His is like a clown now. He can't win a fight. Exactly. So it's like. It's like be careful what you wish for. It was you will get that. Yeah. I mean, you want to be super rich or you want to be said for lies. I if you ask me, my goal in life was never being a multimillionaire. Yeah, I bought a dog on a but that there. Don't get me Ecuador, dude. You came from nothing. I fucking won enough money. You already. You already won. Yeah. I want you're here. I want to do what other? Forget one. I don't want to have a boss and I want to fucking do it for good one. I like that. And in order to be a multimillionaire, you can do that because you have a thousand people sucking in you like a fuck. And most of those people we know very well are very unhappy. Yeah. Oh, fuck. All they do is work and then it's not good enough and then they don't spend time with their family and then they don't have good social skills and then they yell at people missing the point. They missed the point. I got the point here. My brother Paul, five years ago, and I made a decision that I was going to live my life every single day, like it's the last day of my life. Sometimes I get in trouble, sometimes I do some things I shouldn't. Sometimes I get pulled or pulled aside. But I'm still loving and I'm living and loving my fucking life. Yeah, I'm happy, I'm happy. I give a happy. I'm not chasing anything. I'm the chase girls. I chase girls. That's what I mean. That's good. I changed my way of Dude, I hate to do this, but we keep these short. They're under an hour. So what happens is, is Britney does like this little we've got, like, a little it's like a five question lightning round. Lightning round. Sure to throw you out. She's trying to get you under the bus here. All right. I'm in the back of the bus. What do you miss the most about Ecuador? The food. Mhm. What's a good dish there for every single. Oh. I can just give me one and several. Yeah. Oh my fucking God. My decision is rising as we're talking about. But isn't that crazy here. The food. Like the bread. You can buy bread and sit your bread out and it's good for two months, right. It's full of sugar and sort of what in the you. It's not good. Okay. Favorite place you've ever traveled. Oh Australia. Yeah. Let's go. The coffee with coffee. Good coffee. We will like you where the coffee maker is. Ariana and I did Sydney. Oh, the fights. Yeah. And Bali. And then Bali and then Turks and Caicos. Yeah, yeah, yeah. And New met. Met a girlfriend. Hey, hey, hey, hey, I. I already knew that girl. You're is. You're sponsored by the clothing company Ruka. Do you know where the name comes from? Ruka is gone. No more Ruka. No. Marika Peasant. He doesn't want any more anyway. So he saw the. Yeah. Okay, That's cool. That's cool. Foggy Riga. Yeah. All right. Favorite cheat meal or mine back? Are you trying to buy back Quiksilver? Billabong, Roxy? Everything I think is right. Yeah, I think he's. He's. He's on his own. He's about to do something else. So everybody that was with him there got kicked out, so. Yeah, it sucks. Yeah, whatever. The next one. Favorite cheat meal or snack, She means dry mangos. That's. That's not cheese. That's shoot for me kind of the favorite snack I like Yeah. For is not. Yeah because we like to box are the ones you're so yes you are so naughty go to the right go get it Whole foods and get the orange bucket you do. I got that. I got that bag to me there's a place by my house called Fogs. They make great beds. Okay, Pizza's a good one. You like pizza? Pizza? I love it. Yeah. Did you not love bread and cheese? Bread and cheese. The best adventure. That's fact. It's everything. Best UFC fighter of all time. Fighter or fire fighting. Sorry. Oh, yes. Be by fucking fart. Yeah, I like GSP. He still looks great when he comes to the fights on the card. You look great. It's going to be him then. Jon Jones. Jon Jones? Yeah. I mean, those are my top two. Yeah, my top one. But I get into the UFC because of UCB. Jones is a little younger. Yeah, I think GSP helped grow UFC. Oh really? I think he really took it. They held it, grow and take it to a whole new level. Bulls without man. The same fog just. Yeah, just kicking us all head where these takes you fucking. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah I love the guy Yeah. Just roll around people.
